Market Basket is an amazing grocery store. The product selection is very impressive, prices are great, and layout of the store is nicely done. Great job to all who had a hand in bringing the grocery store to NH. We love it!

Just spoke to Tyler in the fish department. Nice guy, very responsive. I love that whenever I need something I can't locate, I can simply call my local Manchester NH store, speak to an actual person and get results. It's like we are still in a world that values customers and utilizes old fashioned customer service. This is the main reason I have stuck with market basket (demoulas) since the early 80's when I lived in Chelsea Massachusetts.

What a wonderful place to shop! Moved from Los Angeles, CA to Manchester, NH a month ago. Shout out to an amazing staff, especially Jacob! He handles the Flour / Spices aisle. He was very helpful when I asked for a small bag of flour and he took the time to check the back stock area and found what I needed. Another time I was in need of Garlic Powder and I try looking for it on the shelf and once again Jacob came to the rescue! I didn't even see him in the aisle and he approached me and asked if he can help on what I'm looking for. Now that's attentive service!! Management team - please let Jacob know he's doing a fantastic work and award him for great customer service!!

Market Basket continues to be my favorite grocery store because it consistently delivers on quality, selection, and value. Every time I shop here, the shelves are fully stocked, and the produce, meats, and other fresh foods always look fresh and never picked over. The employees are friendly, hardworking, and always seem busy keeping the store clean and organized. It's obvious they take pride in making sure customers have a great shopping experience. The meat department is outstanding, offering not only all the everyday favorites but also unique cuts and specialty meats that encourage you to try something new. The deli and dairy sections are always well stocked, with an excellent variety and prices that are hard to beat. The bakery is truly top tier. Their doughnuts are some of the best around fresh, delicious, and far better than many bakery chains. Whether you're shopping for everyday groceries or looking for something special, Market Basket has an impressive selection throughout the entire store. Overall, it's an excellent place to shop. The quality, prices, variety, and customer service keep me coming back. I sincerely hope they continue maintaining these high standards because they're doing an amazing job.

It's the regular place that I go early am. It's missing a couple of things but overall it's been very good during this time. I'm gonna get more pictures to set up stay tuned.

Market Basket is my favorite place to do my grocery shopping. Everything is of good quality. The MB branding is as good as or better than the national brand of the same product. MB strives to give you more for your dollar. These days that is important because who has spare dollars? The Elm Street Manchester store is always nice, clean and well organized. The employees do an excellent job keeping the shelves well stocked and the displays eye pleasing. I admire Mr. Castles and the other supporting managers - they lead by example. They work just as hard as the rest of the employees. That is my take on MB. PS: MB is carrying Calamari Steaks. Bought some. They were delicious and are a bargain. The steaks are $4.99 for 5 pounds.

The Market Basket kitchen has to be the best deal in the entire northeast. MASSIVE, custom made subs and burgers. I would crawl through flames, glass, acid, and shrapnel just for a chance to have one of their chicken salad subs or “steak bombs”. I can’t recommend it enough!

Market Basket is definitely my go-to store. It’s conveniently located near downtown and close to home, which makes it easy for me to stop by whether I’m heading to work, finishing the day, or just running quick errands. The store is always clean, well-organized, and the staff is generally friendly and helpful, which makes each visit feel comfortable and efficient. Their prices are very competitive, and I appreciate that I can find most of the essentials I need without having to visit multiple stores. One thing I would love to see in the future is a wider variety of items from different cultures. There are many diverse communities in the area, and adding more international options—especially Latin, Caribbean, Asian, and African products—would make the shopping experience even better. Having more ingredients, snacks, spices, and specialty items from different parts of the world would make it easier for people like me to cook traditional meals at home without needing to travel far or visit multiple specialty markets. Overall, Market Basket is reliable, convenient, and affordable. With just a bit more cultural variety, it would easily become the perfect grocery store for everyone in the community.
